Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule a booked visit at no charge by calling or messaging us at least 24 hours before the appointment. We will offer the next available slot.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost time and any materials already ordered for the job.

No-shows

If we attend a confirmed appointment and are unable to gain access or the work cannot proceed through no fault of our own, a call-out fee may apply.

Deposits and staged payments

Where a deposit or staged payment has been taken for materials or scheduling, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on whether materials have already been ordered or custom items purchased.
